About the room
Forest vibes in a walkable and peaceful neighbourhood. Open, spacious living area. An unfurnished bedroom overlooking the golf course. Living space oriented for hosting groups / part-time art room.
Five minute walk to the 134/144 bus, 25 minute walk to Sperling Skytrain. Lots of visitor and street parking.
Squint Lake trails a 5 minute walk away and grocery shopping just around the corner. Super accessible to the Burnaby Mountain trails as well.

About the roomies
I am in my late twenties and and intentional about finding someone who wants to be friends and housemmates and do life together in a city that doesn’t always have a ton of community. Happy to go and do random chores, share meals and host dinners every once in a while.
Open to newcomers who want a short-term stay and are looking to explore the city. I have a car so I am down for weekend adventures.
House is clean and happy to divvy up duties in a good way. Note that I have a fairly active sourdough habit so the house often smells like bread.
