Welcome to Historical Grimsby Beach. A unique community of colourful gingerbread cottages by the beach, and Bell Park. Large private bachelor studio located on the second floor. Spectacular view of the entire park, surrounded by trees. Cathedral ceiling and original wide wood plank floor. Private entrance. The private kitchen is furnished with all standard kitchenware. The large private bachelor studio with ensuite washroom w/ shower, is furnished with everything in the pictures, including the daybed (new mattress cover) that slides open to king size and smart tv. It Includes, hydro, central heat and central air conditioning, water, wifi, furnished outdoor balcony, and coin laundry on site. $1375 per month, 6 month minimum and month to month afterwards. Available April 1, 2026. No pets due to severe allergies. One Single Person Only. One dedicated parking spot. Shared coin laundry. If this interests you, please message me for viewing.
