Hello!

I have 2 bedrooms available in a beautiful 4 bed 4 bath house on the Seymour river in North Vancouver.

Currently looking for a Feb 1st, 2025 move in for long-term roomies :) My partner and I share one of the bedrooms. There would be 5 of us once full.

THE ROOMS: 1 master bed with private ensuite and 2 gorgeous rooms with a shared bath upstairs. Finished basement suite downstairs.

THE SPACE 3 floors of a stunning, furnished house - spacious living areas with plenty of natural light and high ceilings, a modern, open layout kitchen and a separate dining area. There is also a beautiful fireplace to keep us warm during the cold months.

LOCATION The house is in the Seymour neighbourhood in North Vancouver (V7H).

RENT Starts at $1500 for the smallest upstairs room (bills not included, ideally looking for a year+ term commitment)

LAUNDRY Washer/dryer located in the home!

PARKING The house has enough space for 4 vehicles. Street parking is also available.
