Located within a five minute walk to Lonsdale Quay/ Shipyards district and the Lonsdale Sea-bus terminal in the vibrant area of North Vancouver known also as LoLo Approximately 12 years old well maintained building, with modern styling and amenities including in suite laundry, dishwasher, microwave oven, gas cooktop/oven & air conditioning. The apartment has a very open floor plan with the kitchen, dining area and living area all south facing floor to ceiling windows. This + 8’x10’ room is currently unfurnished but can be furnished with a Twin bed, desk tv and dresser if requested. Your bedroom is on the east facing fifth floor and has your own full bathroom directly across the hall and right by the main entrance. No adjoining bedrooms or bathrooms, so a good level of privacy can be expected. Furnished South facing deck with comfortable outdoor furniture, a Weber bbq, gas fire pit, and garden plants and vegetables. Sorry that I can’t do anything about the traffic noise though, but regardless, it’s a great place to sit outside and enjoy the scenic views to the south wes. A monthly membership to the private Fitness facilities and swimming pool can also purchased.

Single adult male +50 years. I work primarily on the north shore, currently on an afternoon shift from 3-11:30 pm. Definitely not a party person and prefer to be outside biking, skiing or on my motorcycle rather than inside.
