Lease transfer for Big Single bedroom available (lease ends in April). 4 bedroom apartment located on Sherbrooke West, near Vendôme metro station. Rent is 695$ (water and electricity included) and we pay an additional 20$ for high speed wifi. Nice surroundings (Grocery stores, pharmacy, gym, lots of restaurants, etc.)

We are 3 roommate for now 3 guys, 2 students and 1 post-student (me), so nobody’s at home doing nothing. We have quite a busy schedule but everybody is really understanding and kind to each other and social when we need to! I also speak french so if you have any question feel free to ask in any of the language you prefer:)
