We have a large, part-furnished double bedroom in a 3-bedroom second floor apartment in a nice, quiet area in the east end of Cornwall. The room comes with a dresser and a desk. There is also a small built-in closet in the room. Located on Jarvis Street, we are close to several bus stops (2 min) and St Lawrence College (20 mins walk, 5 min bus).

There is one parking spot available at the back of the property. Smokers accepted, but outside on the balcony only. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer.

Rent is $630 a month plus $30 for internet and we split the electricity bill three-ways when it comes (approx. $50-60 a month). First and last month’s rent will be required.

We are two guys in our 30s that are looking to replace a roommate who is moving out. We are looking for someone who is chill, quiet and respectful. We also have a cat in the apartment who is friendly, but doesn’t get along with other animals, so unfortunately no pets.
