Spacious 5 1/2 that is very well located: 5 mins walk from Metro Frontenac (green line) and a 5 mins walk from Rue Ontario, IGA, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. It’s on the second floor and there’s two balconies. The appliances are included (fridge, oven, washing machine & dryer) and some more kitchen items I’ll be happy to share with you! It’s very luminous during the day and we live right in front of the park Mederic-Martin. Your room and my room are at completely opposite sides of the apartment so you’ll get a lot of privacy. There’s also two little storage areas outside we can use and there’s an extra room that is currently used for storage/office. I have a dog (small) so you need to be comfortable around dogs. You need to be able to provide a proof of employment/income with a pay slip or documentation and get approved for the credit check (which will be discussed with the landlord). The current lease is until July but it can be renewed. Internet and hydroelectricity bills will be shared. You have to visit the apartment in person. Unfortunately we can’t accept someone who isn’t already in Quebec because there’s too many scams online.

You would be sharing the apartment with me and Oreo! About me: I’m 23 years old and I am a nurse! I spend my free time by reading, painting and doing some yoga. I’m very bubbly and sociable, ideally I’d like to do some activities from time to time and get along well with my roommate while still respecting each other’s space & boundaries. I’m also okay with just a co-living type of relationship but being friendly is always more fun! The second roommate is Oreo, a little Boston Terrier (he’s in the pictures). He’s very friendly and love following his favourite humans around. He is quite curious and love observing what we’re doing. He might also bring you his toys if he wants to play. Oreo doesn’t bark and is 100% house trained so there’s no worries. If you have any questions about me or Oreo, don’t hesitate to ask and it will be my pleasure to answer!
