All occupants are LGBTQ2SIA community members and this is a supportive environment for those in transition. Owner lives onsite and is a retired medical professional. Non alcoholic environment. Communal dinners offered 3-4 times a week. Quiet hours after 11pm weekdays and midnight weekends.
