Single bedroom, unfurnished or can furnished. Sharing entire house with just 1 single fulltime working responsible easy going adult. Prefer is for a female as my daughter stays over on some weekends. The house is in a quiet , safe residential neighborhood. Bus stop is literally across the street. The house is in Barrie close to all amenities. You will have full access to the house including backyard , bbq, patio and hot tub.

Single full-time working adult. Easy going and quiet. Only home during the evening. I am a great cook and maintain the house impeccable clean.
