It’s a 5-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a 3-bedroom, beautiful old house. We have 2 washrooms shared by 3 people each, in-unit laundry, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and a spacious living room with an exit to a fire escape (which we use for smoking - landlord approved and encouraged :) The house is 140 years old so it’s super charming with its tall ceiling and authentic floor. There’s also a nice front yard outside.

The room is the smallest one in the apartment - hence the rent, but it’s still spacious enough for a bed, desk, and drawer (about 12 sq m or 130 sq f). The room has an AC, a big window, and a small closet with 2 tall shelves on top. I included a pic of the other smallest room for reference (not able to take a photo of my room right now). You’ll be sharing the washroom included in the post. There’s also more storage space around the house - closets in the entryway and the living room, laundry room, etc. We have 1 big shared shoe rack in the entryway as well, so overall storage should not be a big issue :)

Location: about 10-minute walk to Dupont/Summerhill or a 20-minute walk to St. George. The area is quiet and extremely green in summer.

Parking: street parking is available

Utilities: about $50 a month

Date: moving in on March 1st could also be an option since February is a very short notice :)

There are currently 5 people aged 20-30, two of them a couple sharing one room. We have a cat and a lovebird. We are an artsy queer-friendly space. Sometimes we do movie and board game nights. Our neighbors are friendly and respectful. We are looking for someone like-minded.
