Quiet neighbourhood in River Park South, St. Vital. I have two rooms available one is furnished and one is not. The unfurnished room is $600 a month. The furnished private bedroom is on the top level in a bi-level house. The room has a queen size bed, dresser, nightstand, and two average size closets. A desk and chair can also be included. Linens are not provided. There is a large fenced back yard and paved patio. The kitchen, bathroom, living room and laundry room are all shared spaces. Parking is on the street with a possibility in the driveway based on our schedules. Utilities included but ask that showers are kept to a reasonable amount of time. My home is a 6 min walk to the bus stop. No parties/No smoking/No over night guests. Ideally looking for a working professional/student who is responsible, respectful, independent, tidy, organized and must clean up after themselves. Students must be 20+ yrs old. I work full-time Monday to Friday and have a small dog. No other pets are allowed for that reason. I enjoy the outdoors and like to get away as often as I can for adventures. I’m fairly quiet and like to give you your privacy but am also open to hanging out from time to time. I’d be open to the possibility of a single parent and a child moving in if it will help their current situation as there is another furnished room. I raised a child on my own and know sometimes we need a little help.
