No pets, no smoking on property, no couples, clean and tidy. Room can be furnished or unfurnished, small back yard but close to parks, amenities and bus routes (if needed).

Older professional female looking for a renter of similar age but open to younger person. I am quiet and enjoy reading, movies, fibre arts. I love animals but don’t love the wear and tear on furniture and carpets.
