Newly renovated basement apartment in a beautiful house, in a safe, prestigious neighbourhood. You will be sharing a large kitchen and a petite but well appointed bathroom with one other person, plus extra storage place. 900m to Yonge street, close to many stores/transit/highways.

Room is around 14 x 12 ft

• shared bathroom, kitchen, laundry, entrance *beautifully furnished with twin bed, linens, dressers, armoire, TV, desk, chair, area rugs - you can have a double bed if preferred
• utilities & internet included
• can choose to include bi-weekly cleaning and/or parking at $50 ea if you wish

*No pets, parties, smoking or overnight stays allowed *Female only please - it is a female household Open to short or long term stays

I live/use the main and upper floor of the house with a room mate (29 yo F) who has been here for 3 years. I’m a single healthcare professional (54 to F) who has been empty-nested!
