Renting a newly renovated spacious basement hotel room. You will have your own room and bathroom (think of a hotel room). There will be other guests/longer term rentals on the same floor as you.

Please note that this is an operating hotel so hotel employees are active in the halls.

Features and inclusions:

• Your own room and bathroom.
• 1 Parking Space.
• Wi-Fi
• 1 -min walk to VIVA station
• Utilities.
• Daily continental breakfast included (toast, eggs, waffles, cereal, etc).
• Access to guest coin laundry.
• 24/7 Front Desk for emergencies only.

Agreement MUST be signed prior to room rental. References, background checks, credit checks may be necessary.

Some rules include but not limited to:

• Deposit of ‘last months’ is required.
• No cooking or smoking is allowed in the room.
• Bi-weekly mandatory cleaning by hotel staff.
• Hotel staff reserves the right to enter the rented room at any time if there is suspicion of wrongdoing, illegal activities, emergencies, or violation of the terms of this agreement.
• No subletting.
• No pets.
