About the room
The room has a walk-in closet and a half-bathroom and is the master for the house. We have the main-floor unit of the house with a nice living room and kitchen space, with a shared bathroom for the shower. There are two other rooms currently occupied in the house.
Our house is located near Dunbar and 18th, with easy access to the 25 or 7 busses, as well as some restaurants, coffee shops, and BC Liquor. It’s a very convenient location for going on walks/runs in Pacific Spirit Regional Park (~10 min walk from Camosun Bog).
About the roomies
There are two of us currently (Dylan and Ian). Both of us are Geology Graduate Students at UBC. We are both active and spend quite a bit of time outside. Ian runs, and Dylan bikes, climbs, and skis. We are quite neat and friendly. We are both social but also spend a lot of our time on our graduate projects. Dylan plays guitar and writes music.
