This is a 3 bedroom duplex. The room is bright and average size with a closet. The bathroom is next door. It is furnished with a double bed, a side table and a TV if you want. The home is very clean and tidy. Kitchen is kept clean between meals. The common area has a living room and kitchen and spare bathroom. The front deck has seating and BBQ.

I am busy entrepreneur that is in and out of the house. I often away and when I am home I retreat to bed early and enjoy my room. There are two kids that live in the house 4 days a week every other week. When the kids are home, we play board games, cook and watch movies when we are not at soccer or gymnastics. They retreat to bed early in the evening. They are social little beings, a positive, healthy home with lots of laughter noise and activity. Enjoy the silence when they are with Dad and I am away.
