Private bedroom with large closet and own bathroom. Shared common areas professionally cleaned once per week. Close to Medicine Hat College and convenience stores. Quiet and clean. Best suited for a full time working professional or full time student. Would also consider a senior female that likes children.

I’m a working professional with an elementary school age child who is with me half of the time. Weekdays we are at work and school. When my child is not with me I work long hours. We have a small dog and birds in the home. (Not accepting more pets.)
