I am renting out a room in a bright and spacious basement suite. It is located close to Bowmont park and the botanical gardens. It is a 10 minute drive to the University of Calgary. It is partially furnished- very basic with a bed and a small desk

I am 33 years old living with my two cats. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to accommodate any more pets in the house.

I work at the University of Calgary and I spend a lot of my free time outside. I enjoy canoeing, mountain biking, hiking and am always down for an adventure!

I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy and shares similar interests. Utilities are not included but will be split with the upstairs neighbor. I would prefer another female roommate, but if you’re a guy with similar interests I would be open to seeing if we vibe!
