Hello, home seekers! 🌻 I’m looking for a REALLY clean, minimalist, and organized roommate to live with.

UNIT: One unfurnished large den in a furnished apartment. The unit was semi-furnished when I moved in, but I have everything now except the unoccupied bedroom.

AVAILABLE DATE: April 1, 2025

PRICE: $1,250/month + ½ internet (total rent is $2,500)

LOCATION: The Annex, Bathurst Street & Bloor Street West (2-minute walk to Bathurst subway station and nearby Koreatown)

RENTAL TERMS: Minimum 1-year lease. You will sign a joint tenancy agreement provided by the landlord.

RENT CONTROL: Rent increases for this unit are capped at the annual provincial guidelines.

RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: I’m a current tenant seeking a roommate.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Proof of income, credit check, landlord references, past rental history, first and last month’s rent deposit, and maybe more (if requested by the landlord - we can discuss later)

ABOUT ME: I’m a 26-year-old non-smoking female marketing professional. I work from home and therefore home all day. I am an introverted night owl who likes to stay up until late (and also work until late). I cook a lot and enjoy: listening to music and podcasts, watching series, pet-sitting pets (cats and dogs), and hosting friends for laid-back hang-outs, dinner (or karaoke on special occasions). I live a minimalist life and am also fond of dim lighting, so if you’re like me, we will get along 😊

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR: Someone around the same age or in their 20s, a non-smoker, clean and organized, not sensitive to noise (as I am up until late), responsible, respectful, and ideally with some similar interests so we can hang out sometime. I pet-sit my friend’s dog and boyfriend’s cats when needed, so you must be pet-friendly as well. 📌 I can schedule a live viewing whenever. I’ll also use that as an opportunity to get to know you more and see if we match.
