Must give 30 days notice in advance that you would be moving, that way I can post the room to find someone else as a transition Consider it a temporary place while you take more time to look for your preferred place and location, that way you are not rushed to take a less desirable place. Bring your clothes and mattress and feel at home.

Quiet, Respectful, Clean environment. No SMOKING/VAPING No Couples. No loud noise after 9.30p.m No Guest after 9.30p.m.

If you will need parking, you can contact building management office on the main floor for any availability, or check the ad board should a unit owner has a space for rent.
