Most of the furniture in the unit belongs to me, so when I move out -I will be taking it with me. So, please note that when you move in, some items will need to be purchased.

I will be moving out of this unit early/mid March, but my roommate, Ryan (30 yr old male) will be staying. Ideally looking for a MALE roommate for him.

A little bit about Ryan:

• Works full time hybrid at PWC
• Recently moved to Canada from Ireland
• Enjoys chess, music, the gym/is currently watching all the movies on the Oscars short list
• Is very tidy and would be looking for someone who is the same
• Does not host at the apartment often, but is fine with visitors and guests - just asks that you be respectful of the space
• Currently spends about 50% of the time at his girlfriend’s apartment, so you would have the space to yourself about half the time
