• Decent sized living space with a modern kitchen. We’ll be adding a proper couch into the living room soon. 
- Floor to ceiling windows with a ton of natural light and a great view of the downtown core.
• There is a small balcony for fresh air during the warmer months. 

• There are 2 washrooms in the unit, but you’ll be sharing a washroom with one of the flatmates.

• Laundry in suite.

• No parking spot available, but there is public parking on the main level

• Bike storage is available through the front desk.

About us / About you:
 We are urgently looking for someone to take the 3rd spot on our new lease agreement, starting December 15th. We are 2 guys working in the film/tv industry, with many professional and creative pursuits on the go. We take pride in creating a clean, comfortable, relaxed and welcoming home environment. We are friends and have a decently active social life with ever expanding groups, but we only occasionally host at the condo and most days it’s a low-key home. 
We’re both big foodies but try to balance going out and cooking at home.
 It’ll be important for you to be respectful of late hours/noise - to be cleanly and pick up after yourself. 
You must be financially stable.
Being a creative is a plus but not required.
