Looking for a comfortable, quiet place to call home? I have a room available in my three-level townhouse, just a short walk from downtown Calgary and only three blocks from the excitement of 17th Ave!
You can choose between a room on the upper or lower level, and it’s available furnished or unfurnished—whichever suits your needs. Rent includes all utilities and internet.
Though this is a roommate situation, I’m a semi-retired executive who spends most of my time at my home in Southern Alberta, meaning you’ll have the townhouse to yourself five to six days a week. My small Silky Terrier accompanies me when I’m in town, so the home is best suited for someone without additional pets.
