10-15 minutes walk to the Long branch loop/ GO station for easy commute to either Toronto or Mississauga. Same walking distance to the lake.
Opposite Marie Curtis park. Nice trail beside the building for a walk/run.
Laundry is in the unit, other amenities like gym, games/ party room, swimming pool, sauna are available in the building.

About the roomies
