I’m a 62 year old male living alone in the house with a 18 year old cat this is something lm just putting out there because it would have to be the perfect fit. I love my privacy and peace and quiet. An older mature female is preferable because l want to make sure the house is taken care of and respected. I work hard to take care of it.
