We are a creative house, colourful, artistic, we are located in a very central area easily accessible from the transit systems (TTC & GO) [3 min walk away from Main subway station & 5 min walk away from Danforth GO Train station]

We are a town house, you will have access to the main floor (living room & Kitchen) and the second floor (guest room and shared bathroom)

Fully furnished Art on the walls can be removed or customized to your liking Desktop available in the room for you to use if needed Full closet & under bed storage, 2 bathroom drawers available for you to use

You can park on the street but will need to get your own parking permit for the area. or can use a parking spot a street over at an additional cost (no need for parking permit) or you can park at the school parking lot for free down the street - weekdays car has to be moved by 7am and can only be parked in lot after 6pm on weekends car is good to be there all day

I am an artist: singer/songwriter, fashion designer/stylist , I am very involved with the Toronto creative community as well! My mom lives in the basement unit and she shares the washer and freezer on the main floor every once in a while
