About the room
Brand new building still filling out rooms. Great gym with treadmills, free weights, a squat rack and everything you need. 12th floor has indoor and outdoor lounge areas with a hot tub, pool table, kitchen area, as well as a lounging area with a nice TV. Another bathroom upstairs as well. I’m on the 11th floor. Rent in total is $2798 so I’ll be paying well more than half. I’ll be in Miami so the place is all yours. I’ll be back a week for Christmas. The place does have one small hole in one of the bedroom walls but still in good condition overall and is only a year old. Two beds, a tv and two chairs are included. If you require a parking spot I will need an additional $250 monthly.
About the roomies
Just me, 25 year old male working full time in Miami. I would prefer just one person but if you have a friend or significant other that’s fine as long as you’re respectful of the apartments rules. (Mainly no smoking inside)
