I am looking to share my house with someone.

You would have your own space in the basement, including a bedroom, walk in closet, living space, and bathroom. Really we would just share the kitchen/ dinning area. I have a big backyard with furniture and a BBQ as well.

Rent does not include utilities, if you want all-inclusive rent will be $1000. You must be okay with animals ! I have a medium size dog (corgi) and cats. They are all well behaved.

I am a healthcare professional who works your typical 8-5 schedule. I am social but also can be introverted. I like trying new things, checking out different restaurants, reading, going to the gym and a good glass of wine. I am looking to share my house with someone so I can lighten the financial burden and pay of those student loans quicker !
