SUMMER SUBLET 1/3 bedrooms available in a super spacious apartment close to Dalhousie Campus. Available May 1st - August 31st.
In-unit washer and dryer. 1-2 min walk to major bus lines.
Internet and hydro are included at no extra cost to the sublet. I can leave furniture or store it as needed.
Can accommodate an earlier move-in if needed (end of April - no extra charge).
The unit is a basement unit, but still gets tons of natural light!
About the roomies
Two females will be living here in the summer (ages 22 to 24). Preferably a third woman would join the house!
They both work full-time so will likely not be home much during the day. Both are also Dal students, just on a work term for the summer.
