Located in the beautiful and quiet neighborhood of River Park South. One bedroom currently available for rent on the basement floor ($550/month). Hydro and water bills are extra which usually is about $50-$75/month. High speed internet is free. The bus stop is about a 6-minute walk, close to St. Vital mall, school and other various stores. Peaceful, and a very nice area to live in!
