Hi everyone! I’m in a condo in Queen West, a super great area close to Ossington, Trinity Bellwoods, and Little Portugal. The condo has a gym, a 24-hour concierge service, and a convenience store. The apartment is a two-bedroom and you will have your own bedroom (unfurnished) and your own bathroom (not ensuite). Each bedroom is on opposite sides of the living room. The unit has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and central a/c. The communal living space will be partly furnished due to my roommate moving out, so I’m always open to a little feng shui or changing it up.

Total rent for the unit is $2,445.65

You will pay $1,223 plus utilities (which are surprisingly low), internet, and apartment insurance.

I’m taking over the apartment from my current roommate who has been here for 7+ years. I work in marketing at a law firm, in the office 3-4 days a week. I’m looking for a friend as well as a responsible working professional who is clean and has lived with others before. I love to read, go to the gym, cafe-hopping, and the occasional night of good food and cocktails. I have no pets but am open to one, and no-smoking as I have asthma :) I love love love this building and the area and I hope you will too!
