I rent the lower half of the house and the owner is upstairs. She is a lovely person and always helpful. The owner has one dog and one cat and that stay on the property. I like to spend most of my time outside on the ocean or on the trails. I also enjoy building and repairing different projects. I don’t smoke, drink or us any drugs. I am retired but sometimes work temporary jobs when interested. I love cooking and cook all of my meals. My son is moving away for work after finishing at North Island School and that is why the room is opening up.
