One room for rent available to only students or working professionals in a shared house with males and females. This room is just for 1 tenant only. Available March 1st. Located in a lovely neighbourhood within the Stockyards area (closest major intersection is St. Clair West and Keele). Convenient location within walking distance of several stores and TTC stops. 5min walk to Stockyards Village (Metro, Nations, Tim Hortons, Mcdonalds, Winners, Home depot, Canadian Tire, RBC, CIBC, and more). 3min walk to 512 street car stop and 189 bus stop at Guns Loop. 10min walk to 89 and 41 TTC bus stops.

Room is unfurnished but can be furnished with a single bed, vanity and drawer if needed. No closet in the room but the closet outside the hallway, in front of the room, will be reserved for the tenant. This room will be painted before move-in date. All utilities included except WiFi, which is a shared cost among all tenants. Washer and dryer in basement. Room is on the second floor, shared bathroom and kitchen. As an allergy advisory, there is one cat in the house which occupies shared spaces. First month and last month non-refundable deposit required. E-transfers, cash or cheques accepted as payment methods. Long-term rental with 8-month lease. Must provide previous Landlord references and credit report before signing lease.

No parking on-site, street parking available but would need to get a city permit for overnight parking. Must follow a weekly house cleaning and garbage/recycling/compost bin schedule with other tenants. Strictly no smoking, vaping, or recreational drug use on the property. No parties. Quiet and respectful home environment.

Currently, 4 other people are living in the house at the moment. 2 females, 2 males and one cat. One is a working student and the rest are working professionals. Everyone is very respectful, quiet and keep to themselves.
