large house located in Rutland, has a large kitchen, living room, and dining room, as well as a large yard with a BBQ, hot tub, and pool. my mother is renting out to me provided I can find roommates to take the other rooms and pay the rest of the rent, I already have a cat and a snake but she is willing to allow other animals provided they are well behaved (and would get along with my cat).

There are two rooms available.

I’m a 21 year old nonbinary person who mostly just chills at home and plays video games, I occasionally have friends over but for the most part keep to myself. I work full time so wouldn’t be home during the day
