Starting on March 1 2025, month to month contract. Located in quiet family-oriented neighbourhood at North Rutland, very close to UBCO, YMCA, Kelown airport.

$950 all included ( electricity, gas, wifi, heat, AC ) - can stay max 1 person.

Share washroom with another ternant in the next room, and share kitchen, laundry with another couple on the main floor.

No pets, no smoking, no partying and no vaping. We are looking for clean, respectful and responsible ternant, Professional worker/ Student/ Newcomer are welcome. Income proof must be provided.

We are the owners of the house including my husband, myself and a 3 years old daughter who are living on the top floor of the house, so feel free to reach us anytime if you need something. You will share a washroom with another working full time ternant who also stays in another room of the basement suite, and a kitchen with another working full time couple who are very respectful and friendly persons who stay on the main floor. All of them are very friendly, respectful and responsible ternants.

Our house located in a very quiet family oriented neighborhood. It takes 15 mins to UBCO by bus or 5’ to Kelowna airport by driving, and 15’ 20’ to downtown Kelowna by driving as well depend on the traffic.
