About the room
The price listed is for renting a room as described next. (To clarify, you have the option to rent the entire two-bedroom apartment. That price is $ 2,500 monthly and firm.) I can have the room furnished. This is a two-bedroom apartment in a larger building. My son, for male, or my daughter, for female, will occupy one of the bedrooms. A long-term lease is preferred: one year, two years, etc. I separate outdoor and indoor shoes. I do not smoke cigarettes or marijuana. I do not consume any alcohol. I try to help people who study or work full-time. I get along with older people just as well. This opportunity is not available to individuals receiving government assistance, such as income assistance or disability benefits . This condition will be included in the standard lease. Bus stop ID 6* is in front of the building and serves routes: 39, 136, 433, 30B, 30A, and 135.
About the roomies
You will share the two-bedroom apartment with one of my children, either a son or a daughter. I hold a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Mathematics. I am a male of Chinese and Korean descent. My children speak English but are eager to practice the language of their heritage. We would greatly appreciate someone who speaks Chinese or Korean. However , all are welcome. I prefer my environment to be clean and quiet. I pay a condo fee of about $500 and property tax of $300 monthly. Since I also cover utilities, such as electricity and heating, I do not make a profit.
