Hey! I found a great apartment but you have to move in as a group, so I’m looking for 4 other girls to join me. It’s a super cute and convenient place with high-speed internet included and it comes fully furnished (two fridges, dishwasher, stove, bed, desk, chair, and a common area).

There’s parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and the location is amazing — only a 1-minute walk to Wilfrid Laurier University and a 15-minute walk to the University of Waterloo. There are also bus stops right beside the building.

The unit is a large 5-bedroom with 2 bathrooms, plus on-call maintenance, 24/7 emergency contact, and secure entrances with locks on all rooms. Lease stipulates that its only for students.
