About the room
This is an awesome house! The room is shown, it can come with a twin mattress and/or a mediocre queen bed frame if you wish!
The room has a beautiful view of hydrangeas and all the trees in the neighborhood! We saw that bald eagle from our front yard. Lots of flowers in the really gorgeous backyard. Beautiful balcony.
Kitchen has a stainless steel fridge, new dishwasher, and new electric oven/stove. Theres a microwave and an espresso machine!
Two cats live here: Morpheus and Francesca. Morpheus is grey and white and fuzzy! Francesca is white and loves shoulders! They’re both super sweet and cuddly. Very friendly.
The only roommate in this house as of now is named Ry. He’s a stuntman! Very nice and friendly. He’s 24 and usually out on tv sets. He also works at a board game shop, so there’s been many fun nights of blood rage (google it, it’s worth it for the little creatures faces alone).
Mostly furnished! Lots of storage in basement.
Central heating that works really well. Working wood fireplace. New smoke detectors that include carbon monoxide monitoring! PS5, tv, and tons of amazing movies and board games.
Rent includes all the utilities including WiFi, heat, etc.
Looking for ideally Nov 15 move in, but Dec 1st at the latest!
Possibly pet friendly! There are also some other rooms in this house available so there’s lots to see.
