About the room
The apartment is a spacious two-story unit with three bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a half-bathroom. All the rooms overlook a park, and we have a big, fully equipped kitchen. The views are amazing, especially at night when you can see the city skyline. There’s a dog park right in front of us, and we’re really close to Old Port. The location is super convenient, with a Metro station very close by, plus easy access to Berri-UQAM and Champ-de-Mars stations. There’s also a fitness gym nearby, making it easy to stay active.
We’re just a short walk from St. Catherine Street, where you’ll find an IGA, a Dollarama, and a Pharmaprix for all your essentials.
The available room is three by three meters (about ten by ten feet), with a window facing the park. Each room has its own temperature control, so you can set it however you like.
About the roomies
We are two roommates in our late 20s who moved from South Africa to work in Montreal. We’ve been here for three years, working in the VFX industry, and have a room available for rent.
