About the room

Hi everyone!☺️

I’m looking for someone to sublease my spacious private room in a 5-bedroom house in the heart of Queen West—one of Toronto’s most vibrant and lively neighborhoods.

✨ Details: • Location: Queen West, steps from Trinity Bellwoods Park • Room: Private room on the second floor • Furnished: Comes with a queen bed, small desk, chair, coffee table, couch, two drawers, and a closet • Bathrooms: 2 in the house—one on the second floor (near the room) and one in the basement, both available for use • Move-in date: ASAP - Extremely flexible • Lease: My lease ends at the end of June, but if you’re responsible (pay rent on time and respect the space), the landlord is open to continuing on a month-to-month basis or signing a 1-year lease

✨ Perks of Living Here: • All utilities included – No extra bills! • Fully equipped kitchen – Utensils, pots, pans, and appliances are shared, plus you’ll have your own storage space • Great outdoor space – A cute backyard and front porch with chairs and small tables to enjoy in the summer • Prime location – Steps from Trinity Bellwoods, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants • Super convenient – Shoppers Drug Mart & a convenience store 2 min walk, No Frills & FreshCo 9 min walk

If you’re interested or have any questions, feel free to send me a message to book a viewing!☺️

About the roomies

The house is currently shared with three friendly and approachable housemates who help create a warm and welcoming environment. Everyone is either a working professional or a full-time student, so there’s a nice balance of productivity and social interaction. We often cross paths in the kitchen or living room, where great conversations naturally happen, making the house feel like a home.

One of the five bedrooms has been vacant for months, and we’re unsure when it will be filled, so the house is currently a bit more spacious. Overall, it’s a relaxed and respectful household, where everyone is considerate of each other’s space while still being open to socializing when our schedules align.
