Rooms just received fresh paint. Spacious kitchen with island and walk in pantry- extra food storage downstairs as well. Main floor laundry. Easy access to iron horse trail. Small trout pond within walking distance. Maybe a five minute drive into Bonnyville. Very peaceful community. No smoking inside No pets- sorry No drama
