Child free home. . Master bedroom with ensuite,has large walk in closet. Large deck front and back. Fenced in yard that backs onto park with ice rink. Spacious kitchen with island and walk in pantry- extra food storage downstairs as well. Dual fridges in kitchen so there’s lots of room for food storage. Main floor laundry. Easy access to iron horse trail. Small trout pond within walking distance. Maybe a five minute drive into Bonnyville. Very peaceful community. No smoking inside No pets- sorry No drama No overnight guests

Currently oilfield workers- all are doing an excellent job of tidying up after themselves and I’m happy to report drama free streak continues.
