About the room
Looking for someone to take over my spot in a 3 bed 1 bath main floor of a house starting September or October. There is one other female living in the house, who is friendly, quiet, and tidy!
Lots of space and storage. Bedroom will be unfurnished but can come with the bed frame if you’d like (dresser and bedside table will not be available). The rest of the house is fully furnished. Currently the 3rd bedroom is set up as a home office space & geared storage area, prefect for those who work from home. Rent is $1800 ($900 each), and 60% of the house utilities (was around $250 in December). Laundry is shared with the downstairs tenants. Small/medium dogs are welcome, preferably no cats!
The house is located in Killarney with easy access to downtown, Marda Loop, and West Hills! There is a bus stop ~ 5 minutes from the house with multiple routes servicing the downtown area, and Shaganappi Point train station is ~25 minute walk.
About the roomies
Current roommate is a 28yo female professional engineer, who is a big outdoor enthusiast! She loves hiking, biking, skiing, and climbing, and is always looking for someone to join!
