About the room
Available mid December (15th) now. Fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in College Heights. Everything included. You’ll be sharing the space with just me, and we each have our own private bathroom. (I’m away 6 weeks starting January)
Located in a great area close to bus routes, plenty of shops, and directly behind Walmart. The apartment includes: • In-suite washer and dryer • Dishwasher • TV and high-speed internet • Air conditioning • Balcony with BBQ and a nice view • Professional bi-weekly cleaning of the entire apartment

About the roomies
I’m easygoing and fairly introverted. I work a lot—12-hour day and night shifts—so when I’m home, I’m usually just relaxing in my room watching TV or sports in the main living area. I’m out of the apartment quite often, and I also have a 6-week trip planned in January out of country.
