First floor room in a 3 bedroom house, the other 2 rooms are on the third floor so you have plenty of privacy. The room has an ensuite bathroom as well as a small walk in close, comes with a tv nightstand and mattress, as well as a large dresser. This is the only room in the house with access to the backyard making it quite pet friendly. There are 2 available parking spaces in the driveway as well as a garage we use for storage.

Roomates are 40 years old and 21 years old, we hang out once in a while but more or less we keep to ourselves. Looking for someone who keeps to themselves cleans up after themselves and isn’t too noisy, we dont have many people over.
