A private driveway parking space is available.

Rent $1000.00 per month. Includes cable/internet, heat, hydro, water, on-site laundry facilities and access to a kitchen.

I have two well-behaved, non-shedding dogs, so pets are not permitted.

First AND last month’s rent is due upon occupancy date. A signed Landlord and Tenant Agreement MUST be signed on or before the first day of occupancy, outlining the agreed terms and guidelines that the tenant and landlord agree upon. Thirty days notice to vacate the premises is due by tenant or landlord.
