We’re offering two bedrooms for $1,000 each, utilities included, located on the main floor of our three-bedroom house. It’s the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Bedrooms: Each room features a queen bed, two end tables, a tall dresser, a closet, and your own TV for personal enjoyment.

Shared Amenities: Take advantage of a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, laundry , and several decks, including a year-round covered deck for all-weather relaxation.

Bathrooms: The two bedrooms share 1.5 bathrooms.

Location: The house is set on a shared 3-acre property with easy access to the Trans Canada Trail—ideal for those who love the outdoors. The Kinsol Trestle is just a stroll away, and Shawnigan Lake is a mere 5-minute drive.

Flexible Stays: We’re open to different rental periods, perfect for those seeking temporary or transitional housing. Please note, this arrangement is not permanent as we will eventually return to occupy the home.

Couples: Couples are welcome for an additional utilities fee to cover the extra usage.

This property offers a peaceful retreat with the convenience of nearby outdoor activities and local attractions. Ideal for individuals or couples looking for a serene place to call home temporarily.

Shawn (51yrs), and Angela (43yrs); when we aren’t traveling, we enjoy spending time outdoors with our chihuahua or enjoying a bottle of wine over a board game, cards, dice, or around a fire. We are currently living out of country while Angela attends school. Therefore, we are usually only home between trimesters to visit. Occassionally Shawn is there on his own when he needs to work on the property. There is a separate suite rented permanently to a woman in her early 40’s. She works from home Mon-Fri and spends much of her free time enjoying the outdoors. The acreage is share with my retired parents who live in a second house on the property.
