The property is super close to Pearson Airport (6-8 mins drive), Humber college(8-10 mins drive), Woodbine Casino (5 mins drive) and about 3 mins away from groceries, banks, gas stations, and fast food areas.
About the roomies
There is currently 1 female student residing here, she is clean and quiet and mostly away every weekend and throughout the day. The common areas (washroom, living room and kitchen) will be shared with her. My sister and I live in the basement and we are quiet and working professionals. The laundry area will be shared between all of us (there’s 2 sets of washer and dryer) We are big on respect, privacy and cooperation. We want to make sure that you will feel home and respected in this home and we respect each other’s sleep schedule.
