1 small bedroom for rent with a closet in a 3 bedroom 2 storey home. Furnished open space living room and kitchen area with all utilities are included. A single bed can be provided if requested. The property is super close to Pearson Airport (6-8 mins drive), Humber College (8-10mins drive, Woodbine Casino(5 mins drive), and about 3 mins drive from groceries, banks, fast food areas, and gas station.
About the roomies
There is currently 1 female student living here. She is quiet and very clean and mostly gone on the weekends and throughout the day. The common areas (kitchen, washroom, living room) will be shared with her. My sister and I live in the basement and have our own kitchen and washroom so we won’t be sharing those with you. We are working professionals who are clean, respectful, and quiet. The laundry area will be shared between all of us (there is 2 sets of washer and dryer). We are big on respect, privacy, and cooperation. We want you to feel welcomed as this will be your home and we are very respectful of each other’s privacy and sleep schedules.
