Im offering a good size top floor room 17x12 plus nice size closet and window. Inc queen size bed , night tables and lamps, long 9 drawer dresser. It’s a good space plus full access to home. The home is quite large with parking. Laundry on site. Utilities and wifi inc. There is another living room and dining room space not posted in pics. Lots of space.

I’m an older lady, I have my own washroom and I am social but I do spend time away and in my room. We keep the home very clean and the yard/shovelling we share. If not anble to help in willing to discuss All good people looking for a suitable roomie. It’s a no smoking home and no pets due to allergies. There hasn’t been any conflict as far as cooking or laundry is concerned. We’re very flexible and respectful of each other.
