I’m in absolutely no rush to rent out this room, so I’m open to April 1 to May 1 start dates.

Pictures are old. Single occupancy master bedroom is approximately 11.5’ x 11’. The room is on the main floor of the house. Furnishings include double bed, desk, dresser, nightstand. lamp. It has a double-width closet with mirrored doors, large window and smaller side window.

Includes: WiFi, Heat, Hydro, Laundry (no cable).

Fully furnished home in a nice, quiet neighbourhood on Adanac bike route. Short walk to veggie stores, pharmacies, cafes, etc.

Walk about 4 blocks to catch bus to downtown or UBC. Walk about 3 blocks to catch bus to Nanaimo Skytrain.

Street parking available.

You would predominantly be sharing common spaces with just one quiet, older female. However, bathroom is shared with one other person that lives in an out-building.

The shared kitchen is 14’7“ x 11’5“. You would share fridge with just one person.

On site shared laundry appliances.
