I’m in no rush to rent the room, so I’m happy to accommodate a move-in date anytime between April 1 and June 1.

Photos are slightly outdated, but the room is a single-occupancy master bedroom (11.5’ × 11’) located on the main floor of the home. It’s bright and comfortable with a large front window and an additional side window for extra natural light. The rent includes: WiFi, Heat, Hydro, Laundry (no cable).

The house is fully furnished and located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood along the Adanac bike route, between Nanaimo & Renfrew Streets. Magenta rectangle on map shows area where house is located.

Daily conveniences are just a short walk away, including produce markets, pharmacies, cafés, and other essentials.

Transit is very convenient: • 4-minute walk to buses heading Downtown or UBC
 • 3-minute walk to buses connecting to Nanaimo SkyTrain

You would primarily share common areas with one quiet, older female resident. The bathroom is shared with one additional person who lives in a separate out-building.

There are currently no pets but a cat may be considered — open to discussion.
